that's great that you are training for a 1/2 marathon! i am too, but i know it will be a challenge. my race is in oct, so we'll be racing around the same time! do you want to do an email exchange of our weekly running programs and we can stay on top of each other to meet our goals? i did that with a friend when we were both trying to lose weigh and its so much fun! let me know!

Hi! I just found your blog through Kath Eats and love it because I am running about the same pace/ mileage as you! I also grew up in Pittsburgh PA- Baldwin High School...

Oh my god! Mark and I lived off that sandwich maker in college. The cheese is the best in there. Sadly, I think he threw it away!
