Britney, Britney, Britney!

OMG. I am freaking out like a 12 year old girl on TRL!  The Britney special is on -- well, the live preview show is on right now.  The TOP 10 Britney moments is so fun to watch.  Here's my fav:

When she did this performance, I watched it over and over and tried to learn the moves myself (I was only 15!).  :)  Oh yea, and a little band called NSYNC is in the performance, which made it that. much. cooler.

This upcoming week is super exciting for me:

  • Britney CD drops on Tuesday (buy it!)
  • 4 day work week
  • Leave for bacholerette party in NYC on Friday

Yayyyyy!

Future Husband and I spent HOURS today working on the wedding.  We went over the guest list. I think we're only 10 people over our original estimate, which is pretty good.  We've blown the budget, but not too badly. So far. :)

We made it to the gym for a quick work out session, but I forgot my knee sleeves at home, and my knees started to pop pop pop after 15 minutes on the elliptical.  I switched to weight lifting and did bicep curls, tricep curls, dual pulley rows, inverted sit-ups, and more.  It was a great workout!

My HRM is still showing the black screen of death so -- sorry, no statistics for my workout! :(

I had my usual snack around 11... yogurt + Grape Nuts + raisins.

Lunch was a simple grilled cheese and celery sammie.  Future Hus took one look at this and said, "You are going to turn into a hunk of cheese!" LOL

My pre-workout snack with a TLC bar.

By the time dinner rolled around, I realized (1) I hadn't eaten ANY veggies (celery doesn't count) and (2) I needed CALORIES!  We got Thai take out because I was too beat to cook.

Top left:  garlic and pepper chicken and a curry beef.  With about 1 cup of rice.  I needed the fuel!

Pile On The Miles

Bobbi's Pile On The Miles challenge was so much fun!  I ran 62.9 miles between November 8 and today -- that's about 20 miles a week!  Less than I was running when I was training for the half marathon, but I'm satisfied with my weekly average!  I can't wait to get back into long-distance training.  I have a half scheduled for March 1.

I've got some FUN wedding details to post tomorrow, so I'll see you then!

Hit me baby, one more time!
